Contribution year
This runs from January 1st to December 31st. If you wish to terminate or change your membership, you must always do so in writing or by email BEFORE DECEMBER 1st.
Annual membership
Eligible to play from January 1 to December 31 from 09:00 to 23:00. Membership fee for senior players (*) is € 220.00. For young senior players (*) aged 18 to 23, the membership fee is € 175.00. Membership fee payment exclusively via direct debit in 4 installments.
Declaration
From the year of birth, we refer to a senior player, and from the year of birth, we refer to a young senior player. (year of birth: the year in which the age of 18 or 23 is reached respectively / Year of birth takes effect annually on January 1)
Summer membership
from age 23 (senior players)
Eligible to play from April 1 to September 30 from 09:00 to 23:00. Membership fee is €150.00. Membership fee payment exclusively via direct debit in 2 installments.
Annual Membership Youth/Tennis Kids up to the age of 18
Eligible to play from January 1 to December 31 from 16:00 to 18:00. From 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. Membership fee is €189.00 (including 30 lessons). Membership fee payment exclusively via direct debit in 4 installments.
Non-Playing Membership
(NSL) Ineligible to play. For people who wish to remain connected to the club and for members who are unable to play for more than 3 months. Non-playing membership €13.50 per quarter. Payment via direct debit. With NSL, you can make use of this as of the 1st of the upcoming quarter. Email to ledenadministratie@tvkontakt.nl if you wish to change your membership.
Registration fee
The registration fee of €22.50 is a one-time charge for the KNLTB's administrative costs. Junior players (born up to the age of 18) pay a registration fee of €10.00.
Union card
The KNLTB no longer issues a membership card. Booking a court is only possible via the ClubApp.
Introducé
TV Kontakt allows its members to introduce an acquaintance or friend. This is permitted at most twice a year, and the cost is €6.00 per half-day for (young) seniors and €2.50 for youth. The introduced guest normally drops in and thus participates in the rotation. Payment must be made in advance at the bar.
Cancel Seniors
Memberships can be via this page Membership must be cancelled before December 1st. You will receive a confirmation within 14 days. If you have not received this, you are responsible for inquiring to ensure that your cancellation has been received by the secretariat. Cancellations after this date are NOT possible, and you will be liable for membership fees for a new full season.
Cancel Youth/Tennis Kids
Cancel before February 1st. Membership then ends on April 1st. Cancel before September 1st. Membership then ends on October 1st. You will receive written confirmation within 14 days.
