The sports complex is home to some fantastic catering facilities.
I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself: Nohèlis van der Wiele. On 1 April 2022, I started as manager at De Bruijnerie. On 1 October 2022, to my great delight, I took over the business and renamed it Sportcafé de Bruijnerie. A bit more about me: I’m 28 years old. I studied at the hotel management school in Amsterdam. Prior to that, I gained 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry at various establishments. I intend to use this experience to make Sportcafé de Bruijnerie an even greater success. During my first few weeks at De Bruijnerie, I’ve been welcomed with open arms by enthusiastic committee members, helpful colleagues and sporty members. What a wonderful atmosphere there is here! I’d love to keep it that way. For those who don’t know me yet: I’ve been a regular at the Ruud van der Geest sports park for 20 years as a handball player, trainer, coach and former youth chairman. I’m taking on this challenge with great enthusiasm and I’m looking forward to making it a fantastic experience!
