MEMBERSHIP CARDS
From 1 January 2024, the KNLTB will no longer issue membership cards, and we have switched to digital court bookings via the ClubApp. For more information, please visit this link.
It is strictly forbidden to play under another member’s name or using another member’s pass! (fine: €5.00).
The digital membership card gives you access to take part in the district league and tournaments.
ANNUAL MEMBERS
If you are currently a non-playing member and would like to change your status to a playing member, please let us know by sending an email to ledenadministratie@tvkontakt.nl
You can change your membership – for example, to an annual membership including floodlit courts – before 1 May during the current season.
When applying for non-playing membership, the digital club card is blocked for use on the booking board.
Cancelling a senior member’s membership:
Membership is automatically renewed unless it is cancelled before 1 December of the current membership year via this link. Membership will then end on 1 January of the new year.
Cancelling youth and Tenniskids membership:
A youth member’s membership is automatically renewed unless it is cancelled before 1 September or 1 February via this link. Membership will then end on 1 October or 1 April, as the case may be.
You will receive confirmation by email within 14 days. If you have not received this, it is your responsibility to follow up on this to ensure that the secretariat has received your cancellation.
