It's great that you want to join the TV Kontakt group chat!
We have a few house rules to keep things fun and organized.
- The group chat is only for senior members (18+).
- The app is intended to find other players for purposes such as competition, a tournament, or casual play, and for communication from the club.
- If you want to play tennis with someone, send a time + skill level. For example, “Hi, does anyone want to play tennis this afternoon around 2 PM? Skill level 7.”
- If you are looking for a competitive team, send something like: “Hi, I want to play in the spring league, my skill level is 7. If you are also looking for a team, contact me privately.”
- We want to keep this group chat free of spam, but also no messages such as: “I can’t make it, sorry.”, “Sorry, already played yesterday,” etc. Only reply if you can.
- If you make an appointment with someone, you still need to book a court at the club. An appointment via the group chat does not give priority for a court (normal rules apply).
- Communication from the association is handled only by members of the Board, the Competition Committee, and the Recreation Committee.
- Take your membership type into account.
- Be polite and respectful towards each other.
