The 50+ Doubles Open Bruijnerie Tournament is on Friday, August 14. With 60 participants, it promises to be a great time! You can read all the details of the tournament in this email.
The tournament is going ahead and starting earlier!
The tournament is starting earlier than announced. A temperature of 28 degrees is forecast in Haarlem for Friday. Something to keep in mind. To avoid the hottest hours, we are starting and stopping earlier. These are the new times:
8:30 AM – walk-in
9:00 AM – start of the first round
09:40 – start of the second round
1:00 PM – end of final round
9:00 AM – start of the first round
09:40 – start of the second round
1:00 PM – end of final round
We conclude with the lunch buffet at De Bruijnerie and the award ceremony.
Prepared for the temperature
We are monitoring the weather forecast. Please bring light clothing, a cap, and sunglasses. As an association, we are taking measures and following the KNLTB heat rule:

- On the day itself, the organization may decide to play shortened matches.
- The organization is alert to overheating and is prepared with the KNLTB heat protocol:

The incredibly sociable 50+ tournament promises to be a fun get-together again this year. Enjoyable tennis matches and good times on the terrace. In between, a delicious lunch from De Bruijnerie.
