For these purposes, TV Kontakt may request the following personal data from you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infix;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surname;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Street and house number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal code and City;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number (mobile);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Business) Email address;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passport photo (for player pass);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data will be stored by TV Kontakt for the purpose of the aforementioned processing(s) for the duration of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years. By completing the registration form, you agree to the above provision. The board and the secretariat have signed a confidentiality agreement regarding the viewing and potential processing of this data for functional use, as mentioned above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing of personal data of sponsors, donors and other interested parties<\/strong><br>Personal data of sponsors, donors, and other interested parties are processed by TV Kontakt for the following purpose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provision of information in the form of newsletters and\/or targeted contacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Settling (financial) agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis for this personal data is the sponsorship contract, registration as a donor or interested party, or other agreements. For this purpose, TV Kontakt may request the following personal data from you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infix;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surname;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Street and house number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal code and City;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number (mobile);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank account number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data is stored by TV Kontakt for the purpose of the aforementioned processing for the duration that you are a sponsor, donor, or interested party. The board and the secretariat have signed a confidentiality agreement regarding the access to and potential processing of this data for functional use, as mentioned above.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Provision to third parties<\/strong><br>We may provide the data you give us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, member data is made available to the umbrella organization, the KNLTB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We never share personal data with other parties with whom we have not concluded a data processing agreement. With these parties (processors), we naturally make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this data. The data is only visualized (name and match information) but is not available in hard copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Footage recorded at TV Kontakt sports complex<\/strong><br>At the TV Kontakt sports complex, camera footage may be recorded (e.g., security cameras) and\/or photos may be taken (by local media). This is indicated by signs at the entrance. If you do not wish to appear in photos during activities, please inform the match or tournament management in advance. If you do not wish to be included in any footage, you have the option not to enter the complex.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rights regarding your data<\/strong><br>You have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data we have received from you. You may also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you have provided transferred by us to yourself or, at your request, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we process your personal data based on consent given by you, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complaints<\/strong><br>If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please contact us immediately.
